These Terms of Use govern your use of DMV Test, provided by Shristika Tech Labs. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Permission to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose and in accordance with these terms and applicable app-store rules.

2. Responsible use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, remove ownership notices, or use it in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

3. Your content and device data

You remain responsible for information you enter, save, or export. Keep appropriate backups of information important to you and review exported material before sharing it. You are responsible for protecting access to your device.

4. Important limitations

DMV Test is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any DMV, motor vehicle department, licensing authority, or other government agency. It does not replace an official state manual, required instruction, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that questions will appear on an official exam or that using the app will result in passing. Traffic laws and requirements change; verify current rules with your state agency.

5. Third-party services

The app may depend on your device platform, app store, or links to third-party resources. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Ownership

The app, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Shristika Tech Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shristika Tech Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate the license if you materially violate these terms.
