This information is used to provide the app’s features and remember your progress. We do not sell your personal information.

2. Device permissions

The app may ask for permission only when a related feature needs it:

• Notifications: used to deliver workout reminders you schedule.
• Files or sharing access: used only when you choose to export or share a workout plan.

You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work after a related permission is disabled.

3. Diagnostics and app stores

Apple or Google may provide us with limited crash reports and performance diagnostics according to your device and store privacy settings. These reports can include app version, device model, operating-system version, and technical error details. We use this information to improve reliability and security. App stores process purchases, downloads, and related account information under their own privacy policies.

4. Data retention and deletion

Information saved locally remains on your device until you delete it within the app, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app, subject to your device backup settings. You can contact us about any privacy question or deletion request concerning information we control.

5. Children’s privacy

The app is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
